A Cum Laude graduate of Queens College in New York, Eva earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Family Nutrition and Exercise Sciences. Her extensive training includes clinical internships across long-term care, community health, and food service management. She holds specialized certifications in Adult Weight Management and ServSafe Food Safety.
Her clinical history includes experience at the Hyland Care Center nursing home, City Harvest, public health lecturing, and private practice. Prior to her work in New York, Eva earned a degree in Chemistry from Budapest, Hungary, and completed extensive hospital research in clinical chemistry and neurochemistry.
